This guide describes the various analysis steps that can help to identify a possible cause of failure if it is not possible to log in to STARFACE via the Mobile Client (Android App and iPhone App).
Analysis steps (basis)
- Is a specific user or are all users affected by the problem?
- Is only a specific device or all existing devices affected?
- Has the XMPP server been configured correctly?
- Has the correct address of the XMPP server been entered in the App?
- Does the error picture change after a restart of the STARFACE?
- Has the correct license been recorded in the STARFACE? (only when using the softphone functionality)
- Have all necessary ports been released?
