  1. Are all users affected by the error image?
  2. Is the correct phone number to be signaled configured to the user?
  3. Is the routing configured correctly?
  4. Is the call routed over the correct line?
  5. Are the settings for Clip No Screening on the line set correctly?

Analysis steps (log files)

In the two logfiles "full" and "support" in the web interface of the STARFACE, it is possible to check which caller ID is set for an outgoing call and via which line the call is made.
