- Is a specific user or are all users affected by the problem?
- Is only a specific device or all existing devices affected?
- Does browsing the address book work through other accessibility, such as the STARFACE UCC client?
- Has the XMPP server been configured correctly?
- Is a specific error message (for example , code -1200) repeatedly displayed while searching the address book?
- Has the Port 443 been properly enabled/redirected to access the address book (see also Overview of Port Usage of the STARFACE)?

Errors
The SSL error "Code-1200" occurs when the SSL certificate of the STARFACE web server has been issued to a different address or domain than the XMPP domain. This is not accepted by IOS and leads to the error message "Code-1200".
