Call: New / unseen call list entries are marked as seen as soon as the user manually switches to the "All" or "Calls" tab in journal of the iOS app. Chat: New / unseen chats are marked as seen as soon as the user opens the chat entry in the iOS app journal. Fax: New / unseen faxes are marked as seen as soon as the user selects and downloads the fax entry in the journal of the iOS app or another SF app. Voicemail: New / unseen voicemails are marked as heard as soon as the user listens to the voicemail entry in the journal of the iOS app or another SF app.

Bugfixes- Fixed: [SC] Deleted list entries (call list, voicemails, fax) from another client or device were still visible in the journal. [Call#6952251]
- Fixed: The call list in the journal was not complete in some cases, individual entries were missing.
- Fixed: After a short interruption of the connection during an active call, the call was not displayed in the journal of the call list. It only appeared after logging out and in again or after restarting the app.
- Fixed: Group calls continued to appear in the journal after the user was removed from the group.

Important! Due to the extensive improvements in the Journal and the fixing of bugs from previous app versions, it may happen that after the update to v8.1.3 voicemails and fax entries are suddenly displayed as unseen in the Journal that were not displayed that way before (which you think were already listened to). This may seem like a bug at first, but it is the result of a previous bug that has now been fixed. The unseen voicemails and faxes are now correctly identified and displayed after they were previously incorrectly marked as read (a cross-client logic for marking as "read" takes effect here). Short-term workaround: If this is the case, you can correct it once by manually listening to or deleting unseen voicemails and manually opening or deleting unseen faxes. Optimization: We are also working on making it easier and quicker to mark messages as "Seen".
